Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 11:30 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders from Saturday until Sunday 4 PM will be delivered on Mondays. Delivery within Europe is 2-5 business days. BELGIUM: Orders placed before 10 PM are shipped the same business day. Orders from Saturday until Sunday 4 PM will be delivered on Mondays. Worldwide: 5 business days.

All sales of OLCAY GULSEN BEAUTY (cosmetics and skincare) are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

Regarding the clothing: you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered. Want to return your CLOTHING item/s? Please use the tracking link of your order to buy a return label. Once received, you have fourteen (14) days to return your items. The costs of returning items are paid by the customer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Goods in transfer are the responsibility of the sender so we advise you to use a Track and Trace service while returning your item/s. After receiving and accepting the returned products we will refund the total purchase price to you within five business days.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at service@olcaygulsen.com with your inquiry.
