I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders before 4:00 PM are shipped the same working day. Delivery time within Europe is 2-5 working days, and 5 working days worldwide. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
All sales of OLCAY GULSEN BEAUTY (cosmetics and fragrances) are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
Regarding the clothing: you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered. Want to return your CLOTHING item/s? Please send us an email within fourteen (14) days after ordering your product at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following information: order number and/or email address and your reason of return. After receipt of this e-mail we will provide the following steps. Once received, you have fourteen (14) days to return your items. The costs of returning items are paid by the customer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Goods in transfer are the responsibility of the sender so we advise you to use a Track and Trace service while returning your item/s. After receiving and accepting the returned products we will refund the total purchase price to you within five business days.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your inquiry.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
No, once you place an order it is final.
