Cleanse your skin, attach the sticker patches to the LED eye patches and place them under your eyes. Press and hold the power button to switch on the device and select your preferred setting, starting gently and building up over time. Mode 1, the lowest intensity, can be used twice for 5 minutes back to back, while Mode 2 and 3, the higher intensities, are used once for 5 minutes per session. Sit back, relax and let the patches do the work, as the device switches off automatically after each session. Remove the sticker patches after use, as they are single use only, clean the LED eye patches with alcohol and place them back in the charging case. Use 3 to 5 times a week and avoid contact with water.
